KYOTO & OSAKA
DAY ONE: SEPTEMBER 27TH
Welcome to Japan! After your long flight, sit back and relax as we have transportation waiting to whisk you straight to your luxurious accommodation. Get ready to kick off the adventure in style with a laid-back yet exciting meet & greet in Kyoto, where you'll mingle with fellow travelers while enjoying delicious bites and drinks. This is just the beginning of immersing yourself in Japan's rich culture and beauty! To make the most of your first day, we recommend arriving in Kyoto by 4 PM at the latest – the earlier, the better!
DAY TWO: SEPTEMBER 28TH
After an amazing, fun-filled night, we hope you had a restful sleep and that jet lag is already a thing of the past! Take it easy this morning – sleep in a little, grab a delicious breakfast, and then join us for our first exciting activity in Japan! Ever wondered what a traditional Japanese tea ceremony is all about? Now’s your chance to dive into the art of matcha and mindfulness. You also get your try at Japanese fashion, and dawn a kimono or hakama for the full immersive experience. A memory you won’t forget!
DAY THREE: SEPTEMBER 29TH
Day 3, explore at your own pace! Wander through Kyoto’s bamboo forests, visit ancient shrines, and hop on a quick train with us to Osaka for exploration and a foodie adventure (hint: try the takoyaki and okonomiyaki!). This is your day to curate your own adventure or join the group!
DAY FOUR: SEPTEMBER 30TH
Wake up early for a guided tour of Kyoto’s most iconic temples and hidden gems—get those Instagram-worthy shots before the crowds hit! Afterward, we’ll dive into a sake tasting experience, sampling some of Japan’s finest brews. Sake is a bit stronger than wine, so prepare to have a grand time.
DAY FIVE: OCTOBER 1ST (PART ONE)
After enjoying a delicious breakfast to fuel up for the day, we’ll pack up our bags and embark on an exciting train journey from Kyoto to Tokyo. Get ready for a thrilling ride as we speed through the scenic countryside, watching the landscape transform from the serene beauty of Kyoto to the vibrant energy of Tokyo. It’s not just a train ride; it’s the start of a new adventure, full of anticipation for what’s waiting for us in the dazzling metropolis ahead!
