THE WEEKEND:
January 29th: Arrival and Settle In

Arrive at our luxury lodge situated in a cozy neighborhood with amazing views of Utah mountains. You will be greeted with a warm vibe with its natural elegance and modern amenities. We'll kick off the weekend with an intimate meet & greet where you can enjoy a cocktail, mingle with our other Curate Life fam, and toast to the exciting days ahead. Later in the evening, we will kick back with the ultimate game night filled with fun competition, laughs, and FOOD!
January 30th: Snow Adventures Part I

Wake up.. wake up.. wake up! Start your day with a continental style breakfast with your fellow travelers. Once everyone is good, full and ready to go, we'll make our first stop for some tubing. I mean, who doesn't love a chance to tap into our kids selves again! From there, we'll hit the road to the mountains! Here you'll be able to hit the slopes with some snowboarding or skiing, venture around the ski resort village, hike through the snowy trails, or relax and enjoy the scenic views. After we're all played out, the group will head back to the lodge to freshen up. Dinner for the night will be catered from one of Utah's local restaurants. You'll then close out the night by spending quality time with your fellow travelers with conversation, movies, games - however you want to spend it.
January 31st: Snow Adventures Part II

Get ready for round two! You didn't think it'd be just one day of fun right?! This morning you'll get to enjoy a good ole' mimosa brunch with the travel fam. Afterwards, gather your gear to head back to the slopes! Take the opportunity to enjoy more snow activities such as snowmobiling with the crew, dog sledding, or kick back & relax if you didn't the day before; whatever your heart desires! In the late afternoon, we will make our way back to the lodge to rest up a bit. We will all come back together for a little outing; make sure to dress warm! Finish the evening off with some rest and relaxation.
February 1st: Farewell

Rise and shine on our final day! Take the morning to sleep in and get rejuvenated, then indulge in a leisurely brunch featuring a variety of sweet and savory dishes. As the weekend comes to a close, bid farewell to new friends and the beautiful Utah mountains. Depart with unforgettable memories and a promise to return for more snowy adventures.

Our cozy mountain getaway has 9 spaces available in the shared house. Pricing is set at $1300 per person, so everyone pays the same base rate for their spot.
All meals, airport transportation, activity transportation, and tubing are included in each package.
Snow activities are booked at the discretion of the traveler.
If you’d like a room all to yourself, you’re welcome to claim one by covering the additional cost for taking up an extra space. That way, you get the privacy you want while still keeping the trip fair for everyone.

Each registrant will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $250 security deposit towards the booking cost.

Travel insurance, domestic flights/ground transportation, and any individual activities not secured through Curate Life, LLC are not included.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please try to make sure that you can attend the trip before booking it. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance (CFAR) within 10 days of your purchase. If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll be able to recover your investment from your insurance provider.
WHAT TRAVEL INSURANCE IS REQUIRED?
Medical insurance is REQUIRED for all of Curate Life, LLC trips. If you do not have active medical insurance within the US, Insuremytrip marketplace is a recommended site for all travel insurance. You may choose any travel insurance provider you’d like. Proof of insurance is required to be submitted by January 1, 2026. Failure to provide accurate proof of insurance prior to attending Curate Life trips will result in cancellation.
WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE AIRPORT?
Arrival and departure should be arranged through Salt Lake International Airport (SLC) for airport transportation to be secured.
WHEN SHOULD I PURCHASE MY AIRFARE?
You should purchase your airfare once you receive an email confirmation from Curate Life, LLC validating your reservation.
WHAT FLIGHT SCHEDULE DO YOU SUGGEST?
Arrivals: We suggest arrival at Salt Lake International Airport (SLC) no later than 3pm on January 29, 2026, so that you will have time to settle in and attend our Meet and Greet.
Departures: We suggest that you plan to depart from Salt Lake International Airport (SLC) the morning or afternoon of February 1, 2026, as check out is at 11am.
HOW WILL I COMMUTE FROM THE AIRPORT TO LODGING?
Curate Life, LLC will arrange airport transport to and from our lodging accommodations. You must ensure you are arriving and departing from the specified airport, as well as, provide your flight itinerary by the deadline specified in our contract. Not following this guideline can result in transportation being forfeited.
