Arrive, check in, and settle into your hotel room before meeting the travel fam at our renowned meet and greet event. You can always expect good vibes, great drinks, and instant connections that will set the tone for the week ahead.
Tuesday, June 9 | Best of Barcelona
Dive into the city’s rich history and culture with a guided tour of its most iconic spots. Experience Barcelona’s architectural masterpieces up close and personal and learn about hidden gems only locals know. You’ll taste, see, and feel the soul of Barcelona.
Wednesday, June 10 | Barcelona Islands Boat Day
We Curate Lifer’s love a boat day, and since Barcelona is found on the Northeastern side of the Mediterranean, it’s salty waters are as blue and beautiful as they come. This private boat ride is equal parts luxury and fun. Swim, sunbathe, sip cocktails, and enjoy the kind of Mediterranean views you’ll never forget.
Thursday, June 11 | Wine Country & Dinner Show
Escape to Spain’s wine country for a day of stunning vineyard views, delightful tastings, and indulgence. Barcelona and its surrounding region boast the largest vineyard area in the world, making its wine country truly exceptional, and a must visit for any wine lover. In the evening, we’ll cap things off with a dinner show that will be the perfect Barcelona farewell.

Friday, June 12 | Hello Ibiza
If Ibiza is your choice, today is the day we’ll fly over to the gorgeous island. While Barcelona buzzes with cultural vibrancy, Ibiza’s energy shifts to a more electric carefree vibe that’s perfect for a luxury escape. To prepare for the upbeat nature of the island, you can enjoy a free day to relax or join us for a leisurely lunch, dinner, or a night out. We want you to have a great balance of what you truly want to do on this day, so again, you get to choose.
Saturday, June 13 | Beach Club & VIP Farewell
Here is where you’ll put all that good energy to use at one of Ibiza’s hottest beach clubs. And we’ll let you in on the inside scoop. Curate Life knows a thing or two about beach clubs. In the evening, we will gather as a group for our final group dinner, before heading to a VIP night out. All of which will not disappoint you in the slightest.
Sunday, June 14 | Adios Espana
It’s time to say goodbye to new friends you’ve made, and for a week you’ll be replaying in your mind for years to come. Depart with your heart full, grateful for the experience, and your camera roll overflowing.

What's included?
Accommodations for 5 days and 4 nights (or 7 days and 6 nights for Barcelona + Ibiza package), all activities listed on itinerary, transportation to & from airport and activities in-country, and activity guides are included.
What's not included?
Incidentals deposit/charges for room and any hotel items purchased in room or on site, travel insurance, international flights, and any individual activities not secured through Curate Life, LLC are not included.
Do you offer refunds?
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please try to make sure that you can attend the trip before booking it. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance (CFAR) within 10 days of your purchase. If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll be able to recover your investment from your insurance provider.
What travel insurance is required?
Travel medical insurance is REQUIRED for all of Curate Life, LLC trips. Insuremytrip marketplace is a recommended site for all travel insurance. You may choose any travel insurance provider you’d like. Proof of insurance is required to be submitted by May 15, 2026. Failure to provide accurate proof of insurance prior to attending Curate Life trips will result in cancellation.

When should I purchase my airfare?
You should purchase your airfare once you receive an email confirmation from Curate Life, LLC validating your reservation.
What flight schedule do you suggest?
Barcelona Only
Arrivals: We suggest arrival at Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) no later than 4pm on June 8, 2026,, so that you will have time to settle in and attend our Meet and Greet.
Departures: We suggest that you plan to depart from Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) the morning or afternoon of June 12, 2025, as hotel check out is at 11am.
Barcelona + Ibiza
Arrivals: We suggest arrival at KBarcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN), in Barcelona, no later than 4pm on June 8, 2026, so that you will have time to settle in and attend our Meet and Greet.

Do I need a visa to travel to Spain?
No visa is required for stays for up to 90 days for tourism or business purposes. Your passport must have 3 months validity beyond your date of departure from Spain. For more information regarding international travel to this country, click here.
How will I commute from the airport to lodging?
Curate Life, LLC will arrange airport transport to and from our lodging accommodations. You must ensure you are arriving and departing from the specified airport, as well as, provide your flight itinerary by the deadline specified in our contract. Not following this guideline can result in transportation being forfeited.
